« Service lamentable, personnel inefficace. On nous a changé 3 fois de chambre car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de payer par CB car machine hors service. Moteur de piscine éteint. Pas de thé le premier jour et pas de cacao le deuxième jour.. Lamentable ! »

« The stars are amazingly respectful. I am really going to miss every last one of them. I will diffinitely return. Shout out to Clause Joana the twins and »

« Erg duur voor de prijs. Het ziet er op foto veel mooie uit dan in het werkelijkheid. De bedden zijn niet comfortabel, het lijkt of je op een harde vloer ligt (op zijn zachts gezegd) »

« This hotel is situated not from the STC bus terminal. Within walking distance. Area has access to places to eat. The wifi was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was wonderful. Only con was the noise from street and church. Will return when I am back in Cape Coast. Definitely recommend. »

« What an awful experience, where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

« Misleading Listing, Extremely Poor Road Access, and Property Not as Advertised Our experience with this property was very disappointing, mainly because the listing does not accurately represent the reality of the property or its surroundings. First, the photos shown in the listing are misleading. Some of the images do not accurately represent the accommodation we stayed in, and, more importantly, none of the photos show the actual surroundings or the conditions of the roads leading to the...

« Should have earned 5 stars - but apparently we got there during renovations, so we really could not have full access to amenities that we in the process of being brought in or managed in some way. Apparently the website needs some attention as well - the hosts could not see our whole reservation. We were about to leave and find another hotel, but the hosts did some last minute shifting around to make a one night stay tolerable. »

« The moment I saw the property, I knew my family would love it. Sometimes pictures don’t do a place justice, but this one exceeded our expectations. My wife even loved it, along with the kids, which brings me so much joy. The owner was also very responsive and willing to help with anything we needed. »

« Tranquility haven is indeed a "Serene oasis! Love’d the lush greenery, gorgeous gazebo, and peaceful vibe. Perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. Great host, clean space, and tranquil atmosphere made my stay truly relaxing " »

« the property was excellent and detailed love the master suite »

« la personne qui nous a acceuill etait trés gentil, il nous a aidé et repondu a nos attentes. les chambre sont simple mais correct, le lit est confortable. l'hotel dit etre "luxe" mais ce n'est pas le cas, c'est juste correct. »

« That was terribly disappointing. The quality of host was not good. Concerning the members of staff, there is a woman who was not empathic. But the properter and Eric were so available. »

« The property is convenient to the medical center which is what I needed. The room was comfortable however more attention needs to be paid to detail cleaning especially in the bathroom. Toilet seat was dirty with urine and there was no toilet paper. »

« Good for the rate , but need cleanese and improvement »
